Do you ship internationally | When will my order arrive?

How does your PRINT/service work?

Prints are manufactured and shipped by my print-on-demand partners, THEPRINTSPACE OR PRODIGI. They have production facilities all around the world, and you'll usually receive your order within 5-7 business days. All prints are shipped with tracking.

Can I return a painting if I change my mind?

Refunds are not accepted except in the unlikely instance that the piece has been damaged or lost in transit. If your item has been damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to contact@ivaniaponte.art within 14 days of receiving the piece. From there, the issue will be resolved via email communication. Thank you.

What happens if my painting is damaged in transit?

We know how important it is to you that your artwork arrives in perfect condition, so we make sure to package everything up with the utmost care. Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, but we're always here to help if you have any concerns.

If, heaven forbid, your item is damaged when it arrives, please get in touch with us at CONTACT with images within 14 days and we will get it sorted for you. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Do you restock paintings?

Please note that original paintings are only painted once and are not republished after the sale. However, some artworks are available as giclée prints on canvas.

What is ivânia ponte?

Welcome. I am a freelancer contemporary Artist and Graphic Designer, living in Germany.

I translate what I see into feelings on canvas with a mixture of techniques like: egg tempera, oil or acrylic. I love pure, natural pigments from the oldest pigment mills in Europe. They give life to my paintings, depending on the mood during the day. Have a look under WORK

Do you offer custom pieces/ commissions?

What payment options do I have?

SHIPPING

- For safe transportation, the paintings are rolled up and packed in a shipping tube. It is recommended to remove the painting from the tube immediately upon arrival. The paintings will only be shipped stretched by arrangement, in which case the shipping costs are higher and will be borne by the buyer:
