Due to the nature of the work, no original artwork can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
REFUNDS:

Refunds are not accepted except in the unlikely instance that the piece has been damaged or lost in transit. If your item has been damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to contact@ivaniaponte.art within 14 days of receiving the piece. From there, the issue will be resolved via email communication. Thank you.

Once the package is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced, stolen packages or mail theft or vandalism.

If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for returns If your item has been damaged in transit:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 15 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • If the parcel has been handled carelessly by the post office, please keep the parcel as evidence, take a photo of the damage and send it to contact@ivaniaponte.art

  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

  • If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft or vandalism.

The following goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • commissions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

  • If an artwork or print was labelled as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, it cannot be returned.

    If the item was not labelled as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves in order to give it to you later, it cannot be returned.
